From here, you’ll get the closest view of Mount Ararat — majestic and unforgettable. Then — Birds’ Cave (Areni-1), where archaeologists discovered the oldest known winery in the world. Wine was made here when the pyramids were still under construction. Everything is real: ancient potsherds, vessels, and traces of millennia. Next — Noravank Monastery, tucked between red cliffs. One of Armenia’s most beautiful sites. Majestic, quiet, timeless — as if you’ve stepped into another era. We’ll end the day with a winery visit and wine tasting.
